Terms & Conditions

These terms govern how we engage suppliers, buyers, and partners in import and export transactions. They reflect our commitment to ethical trade and transparent documentation.

1. Ethical Compliance and Good Faith

Supplier Integrity

All transactions are entered into in absolute good faith. We expect our partners and suppliers to adhere to honest business practices, providing truthful information regarding product origin and quality.

Small Producer Protection

We prioritize the livelihoods of farmers and small suppliers. Any contractual dispute will first be addressed through transparent dialogue to ensure fair resolution.

2. Transparency and Quality Standards

Operational Visibility

We maintain radical transparency across the supply chain. Clients have the right to request documentation verifying the ethical sourcing and "Actual User" conditions of the goods.

Quality Inspection

Goods must meet specified international standards. Buyers must raise quality complaints within 45 days of receipt, allowing the seller reasonable opportunity for inspection in good faith.

3. Shipping and Risk (Incoterms)

Delivery Terms

Unless otherwise stated, shipments follow standard Incoterms (e.g., CIF, FOB, or DDP) to clearly define where risk transfers from the seller to the buyer.

Documentation

We guarantee the provision of all mandatory export/import documents, including the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List, to ensure seamless customs clearance.

4. Payment and Financial Accountability

Transparent Pricing

All quotes are all-inclusive of agreed costs. Any subsequent taxes, duties, or port fees at the destination are the responsibility of the importer unless specified otherwise.

Secure Transactions

To maintain liquidity and trust, we utilize low-risk payment methods such as Letters of Credit or partial advance payments.

5. Legal and Regulatory Adherence

Statutory Compliance

Our business operates in strict accordance with the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) and requires a valid Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) for all relevant parties.

Anti-Corruption

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bribery or the presentation of false information, in alignment with global ethical trading initiatives.
